It would be very useful to be able to format a "Button" column in a SharePoint List to initiate an action based on the content of another column (or columns) in the sharepoint list. The Button column should be able to take one of the following actions depending on the driver values:
* launch an MS Form
* trigger a PowerAutomate Flow
* Navigate to a designated URL, either in the site or external to the site

The button caption is a text field, but may be derived from a calculated value based on other columns in the list.

The target object id or url value should also be able to take a manually-entered value or derive it from other columns in the list.
