フォームにのせたり、申請ワークフローのため Power apps アプリに添付する場合は、ドキュメント ライブラリではなくカスタム リストにファイルを添付します。
添付したファイルを一覧で確認するため、カスタム リストのアイテムに添付したファイルを、ファイル名で検索できるよう、機能の拡充を希望します。

When attaching a file in a Power Apps app for a submission workflow, or to a form, they are attached to a custom list rather than a document library.
Please add a way to search these attached files in custom lists by name in order to see attached files in a list.
