コンテンツの承認を Power Automate​ のフローにてのみ行えるように制御し、特定のユーザー以外に承認操作をできなくするために、"コンテンツの承認" を有効化にしている状態で、リスト上の "承認/却下" ボタンを無効化あるいは非表示にする機能の実装を希望
