現在 UTF-8 の BOM のないのテキスト データはクラシック UI では正常な文字表示ができない。
モダン UI では BOM なしでも正常に表示できる。BOM なしのテキスト データもクラシック UI で正常に表示できる機能の拡充を希望します。

Currently, text data without UTF-8 BOM is not displayed with the correct characters in the classic UI.
It is possible to show data without BOM in the modern UI. Please make it so that data without BOM can be correctly displayed in the classic UI, too.
