Can we please get better filtering options when selecting date columns. Just the basics really. Filter by month/year heirarchy without having to add calculated columns just to separate these out.

Users find it confusing to have to go to a "Month & Year" column to easily filter for dates in October 2019 instead of what every other system does which is provide this functionality build into the date column.
