When I have a "multiple lines of text" column on a list item form, I get the option to "See more" or "See less" of the content in that field. When I click one of these links, it expands or collapses the content of the field. This is useful as it allows me to see other items in form rather than have the whole screen taken up by this long text field (or not!).

However, when I click in this field to edit it, it only shows me 3 lines of text while I'm in edit mode, which makes it hard to access parts of the text further into the content. I can drag the size of this input to make it smaller but I can only drag this between 1 and 3 lines. It would be more user friendly if I could drag it much further.
