Stop documents uploading as site assets
Documents when uploaded from the 'front-end' page authoring tools upload as a 'Site Asset' and are appended to the page from which they are uploaded. This is undesirable from an information management perspective. Site Assets folders associated with pages do not have versioning which means it is possible that duplicate versions of documents are stored in the system. All documents within a page's site assets turn up in search results, which can cause uncertainty and confusion for users who are trying to locate an authoritative version of a document.
Preferred behaviour would be that when document is uploaded from the page that the user has to choose which document library in the site they want to store the file.
