■Description(内容):
CommentsOnListItemsDisabled : True に設定をすると、
リストのコメント機能で ”コメントは管理者によって無効にされている” 旨の表示がされますが、コメント機能自体を非表示にできません。
機能を無効化するだけではなく、コメント機能自体を非表示にする方法を希望します
Setting CommentsOnListItemsDisabled to True will cause the list comment function to show “Comments are disabled by the administrator”, but there is no way to hide the comment function.
Please add a way to hide the comment function, rather than just disabling it.

please also provide a way, to disable the feature for SPECIFIC SITE COLLECTIONS, not only on tenant level
