Events Web Part - update to utilize new modern lists
I love the events web part, and the "see all" page behind it! We especially love the ability to download the CSV file. However, now that the modern list experience has a "calendar view" option, will the Events web part be updated to use the new list experience, as opposed to the classic calendar experience?
It is hard for us to decide which to use, as each has their own pluses and minuses. Our users take advantage of the color coded calendar overlays in the classic version, and they'll be expecting to have a suitable replacement. The modern events web part could work, if you add a monthly view to the "see all" page and allow the users to filter the view by category.
