■Description(内容):
PowerAutomate の承認フローを設定している ドキュメント ライブラリでファイルを右クリックした時のメニューの [自動化] に表示されるメニュー (PDF 化、トレーニング準備、ドラフトワークフロー、レビュー、文書承認、PowerAutomate >) に、アイテムの状態が 「未承認」の時には不要な項目がある。
承認フローの進捗状況により、コンテキスト メニューの [自動化] に表示される項目を変更する機能を拡充してほしい。

When you right click on items in a document library with a PowerAutomate approval flow set, the menu shown under the “Automate” menu (Convert to PDF, Prepare training, Draft workflow, Review, Document approval, PowerAutomate>) contains unnecessary items when the item state is “Not approved”.
Please make it possible to change the items that appear under “Automate” in the context menu depending on the progression of the approval Flow.
