About SharePoint Online notifications

■Description(内容):
SharePoint Online のライブラリで通知設定をしている場合、列情報の登録が必須になっていても、登録なしで通知メールが配信されてしまう。
列情報の登録が必須になっている場合には、必須列の入力がされていないと通知メールが配信されないように設定できるようにしてほしい。

If notifications are set for a SharePoint Online library, even if information in columns is mandatory, if none is added, a notification mail is sent.
If column information is mandatory, please add a way to set notifications to not be sent out if nothing is entered in the mandatory columns.
