Open Sharepoint Online links locally in Explorer and not in the Browser
As a company we use Sharepoint for our business documents and everyone in the organisation has Sharepoint synced to their computers.
We often want to share documents within the team but at the moment, when we receive or open a link to a file in the sharepoint library, we click the link and an internet browser opens and the file/folder is shown in the internet browser.
But, we want it to open the file/folder in the Windows Explorer / local OneDrive so we can work with the files locally and not through the internet browser.
For example PDFs or Autocad files can't be edited in the browser and have to be downloaded which defeats the point of Sharepoint.
Is it possible to configure this already?
