#Hashtags & @Mentions in blogs
Blog pages/posts should allow 'Hashtags and @mentions but they currently dont.
The rest of SharePoint social (micro blogging converstations, forum comments etc) make use of this. so it is beyond strange that if you comment on a blog you cant mention someone to make them aware etc

This is actually a really valuable enhancement request to our larger company. We're moving over to SharePoint from JIVE and one of the benefits of writing org-wide communications is the ability to @mention people relevant to the news as it makes it easier to connect with those people -- currently there is no meaningful way to do this with SharePoint news posts -- it hurts our teams' adoption rates trying to leverage SharePoint is a wider form of communication when Outlook makes it easier to call out people who have done great work in an email

This may be implied, but just in case not - the ability to @ mention someone inline in a News page would be really useful to associate people with news articles and provide recognition.
