  1. Device Targeting

    Please add Device targeting to Webparts like Quicklinks or Call to action (similar to audience targeting). For example, certain links in the Quicklinks Web Part are only displayed on the PC, other links are only displayed on an Android smartphone.

  2. Easier method to unpromote a page from news!!!!

    Stop trying to add new features and focus on cleaning up and fixing the crap ones that you already have.

  3. Quick approval

    There needs to be an 'approval' button to allow quick approval. The process takes too long, and I do not want to set up an automatic workflow.

  4. Improve performance of classic Publishing Sites in Office 365

    Enterprise intranets rely on the publishing feature found on classic Publishing Sites. As soon as you enable the publishing feature in SharePoint Online the page load times drastically increases. Page load times are also erratic, sometimes reasonable fast, sometimes painfully slow.

    It is impossible to deliver a fast intranet when the underlying SharePoint pages takes so long to load. In the end, user experience is suffering and customers complain.

    On the same topic, Image Renditions are also painfully slow in SharePoint Online, likely because the caching mechanism does not work causing image renditions to be generated on every request.

    I can't seem to delete my 'News' item I just posted. Could you make it clear and easy how I can do this.

  6. Promote page - Specify News Site

    The new "Promote" functionality is a great step forward. Per presentations from Ignite & elsewhere, I understand the plan is to include the functionality to create a "newsletter" of multiple articles, etc. So I look forward to seeing this functionality evolve.

    One item that would improve the delivered functionality, is the ability to specify what site to post your page as News onto.

    Promote > Your Page as News on another site > Specify Site to promote on> Add promotional Copy (Auto-include a linking thumbnail of page)

  8. Move the edit button away from the Publish button

    Moving the edit button away from the Publish/Post news button will help avoid publishing a story on accident.

  10. SharePoint Team News roll-up images size format

    The image on the news rollup modern webpart would benefit from some focus control. We have had several instances where users have uploaded a portrait image onto a news post detailing new staff members. When the News webpart shows this content, it chooses the middle of the image, occasionally cutting of part of someones head. I have tried to educate users to use landscape images in their news post.

  12. Display the published date for pages posted as news

    On a site page, usually the published date is displayed in the top right hand corner (on the command bar). If the page is posted as news however, this date is not displayed, but rather a simple text that reads 'Posted'. Now there is no way to know how relevant the posted news is, and the only way to display this seems to be by enabling the option to display the published date in the page header. There is no reasonable way to enable this option for several pages, as you would have to manually edit every single one. Is…

  14. I want a Full screen mode in Site Pages while sharing power BI report.

    The current feature for Power BI sharing through Share point does not give the full screen mode option. The option will render to use the feature 100%

    Enable Interactive PDFs to be imported to the Sharepoint site and maintain dynamic capabilities or provide comparable solution/app to create documents with mouseover features e.g. hover over icon or word to reveal definition

  16. zien wat je doet

    Dag, het zou fijn zijn dat wanneer je een nieuwsbericht aanmaakt, dit ook onder je eigen account terug te vinden is. Nu is het zo dat je iets 'post' en er dan niets meer over terug kunt vinden tot het (soms een paar uur later) gepubliceerd is. Kan dit misschien worden aangepast? Groetjes

  17. Optionally select to publish news immediately or to need approval before publishing depending on the news content

    Implement a feature to create a configuration to publish news immediately or to require approval before publishing it depending on the news content when you post news in SPO.

  18. Autosave pages

    After creating or editing a page or a wiki page, it would be great to auto-save the page (or force the save and keep editing option in the background). Users often forget to save, check-in, publish etc or navigate away from the page, losing their work/edits. Autosave is available in other Office applications, make it happen for SharePoint pages.

  19. Update newspost

    Hej, When you update an old newspost it would be good that this post will be placed on top of the list / on top of the page.
    Today this is not the case.

  20. OneNote feature missed

    OneNote in SharePoint is not as user friendly as the app, it is missing a key feature which is "right click" in the text portion and be able to auto add
    "name, date, time" so people can tell who wrote what. I think it should automatically add that to the side somewhere for ease of use
