Share and collaborate
I currently manage a learning two learning libraries on IBM notes. Can we gradually import our accredited library to SharePoint with the purpose of sharing teaching and learning resources with our partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Accell? It would be great to provide Accell with full access to the accredited training and assessment material our trainers use. As far as regulatory compliance is concerned we state that Accell are involved in our training and assessment practices...and they are...but it's a bit clunky. If we could share our accredited training resources with them it would cut out a lot of incidental…

Email a Copy of files
I want to be able to send a copy of a file via sharepoint (not a link to the live file). I can't see anywhere to do this within sharepoint.

access rights to local user to modify field Installation
hi
I suggest to add a access rights for edit the field Installation to local user. We need to better filter the manuals by machines ( mainly lines)

Exit And Revocation Policy
some more policy to voluntary exit and revocation will help to understand the employee while taking decisions. HR in the process is only make employee life hell and they don't like to entertain the employee or provide the correct information.

Is het misschien mogelijk om de examenplannen per cohort in mappen te zetten .

Audit document viewing
In OneDrive, currently we can see when external people edit a file but not when they just view a file. As our data is read only this means we dont know if it is being accessed or not :¬(

the way that we use to delete folder is too stupid thing I haven ever seen. so my suggest is to change this and make it bettergood luck

Can't see actual blog
My suggestion is, that being able to view the document would be very useful not just the ability to send a link and come back to the same page where you can't see the document again thank you

Immediate and direct folder naming
Please make it possible after creating a new folder that you can immediately and directly enter the folder name. Actually you need to position the mouse cursor at the text box of the folder. It makes no sense to present the user the folder with the text field, but you can't start writing the folder name!?

Adobe Bridge Reading a Sync'd Folder forces download of assets when download on demand. Would some native integration between SharePoint and Bridge

Stop doing SharePoint, close it down
Just give up on what you're doing. It's a travesty. SharePoint is not a collaborative platform. It's a repository where information goes to die.

Don't open document links by default
Instead of automatically opening documents shared via one drive it would be nice to have the option to either download or view in browser when initially clicking on a shared link since it takes a significant amount of time to load excel online in my browser.

general documentation folder creation
In the documentation section, you should include a general docmuentation folder with all the general information available as well
