  2. Allow survey list owners and administrators to view the incomplete survey user names

    Allow survey list owners and administrators to view the incomplete survey user names. When the survey went live, the count showing at overview.aspx under "Number of Responses:" doesn't match the actual number or responses shown in "all responses".

    Is possible to give any view or option to owners of the list to check the incomplete survey user names.

    It will helpful for all. Thanks

  3. Lookup on lists over 5,000

    Lookup Columns that go to a list that contains more than 5000 items does not work even if that list is indexed. Indexing allows users to see items in the list in a normal view, but when trying to do a lookup to that list from another site or library, there is no filtering applied. It would be nice if some filtering could be applied to the lookup feature to help narrow the results shown in the lookup.

  4. Enable 'Export to Excel' on non-IE Browsers

    We can use the 'Export to Excel' functionality in lists and libraries in Internet Explorer, but it doesn't work in Chrome or other browsers, even though the ribbon button is enabled. Instead, we get errors that look something like this:

    As I understand it, this is because the functionality uses ActiveX. However, in this modern world we know that people are using different browsers very frequently. This should work in all browsers or at least fall back to a CSV…

  5. Fix task list showing ID instead of Task Name in modern view

    Please fix the issue now showing with the Tasks list and the Task Name.

    In classic view, the Task Name field shows correctly. In the modern view, the Task Name field shows the ID number of the record instead of the name.

    Support told me to vote for this idea: "Modern experience for Task List" (https://sharepoint.uservoice.com/forums/329214-sites-and-collaboration/suggestions/31844641-modern-experience-for-task-lists#comments) but this problem is just showing in the comments.

    PLEASE FIX THIS.

  6. Filter Pane (All Promoted Links)

    We would like to have the possibility to display the filtered selection values alphabetically sorted at the "Filter pane" on the right side.

    Unfortunately this is not the case at the moment.

  7. Export list to excel on OSX

    Exporting a list to Excel is a crucial feature. In large mac environments, not having this prevents lists from being utilized at all

  8. New Experience - People & Groups columns should show picture (& status)

    In the classic experience, when chosen the column type 'Person or group' to show Picture or Name+picture+status this worked as expected. In the New experience, all columns of this type show the name with hover property to see the ID card of this person, while groups don't show anything.

    For the status, I understand that with the multiple-platform vision it's possible that this will never return.
    But for the pictures, it should at least show as expected.

    Also: if a group is chosen, the option to display all members without popup would also be a good feature

  9. Enhance view and column formatting


    • Provide an out of the box facility via the web interface to allow users to make selections to modify the formatting rather than having to generate the JSON themselves.

    • Allow the JSON to be specified with a file reference rather than having to put the code directly in a field. (See also user voice entry: Allow View Formatting to reference external file, https://sharepoint.uservoice.com/forums/329214-sites-and-collaboration/suggestions/35836723-allow-vi...).

    • Prompt for updating view formatting JSON when someone with appropriate rights changes the display width of a field.

    • Allow the Name field for a document to be formatted via view formatting and improve the formatting capabilities…

  10. Ability to lock columns in Datasheet view

    As a SPOL user I want the ability to lock column heading/columns while viewing a list in a Datasheet view. With the current functionality if you have a very long list of items, or many columns then the user can easily get lost.

  12. Column Formatting String Operations

    Add additional string options to Declarative Customization Column Formatting. Specfically:

    Unary Operations:
    length
    toLowerCase()
    toUpperCase()
    trim

    Binary Operations:
    indexOf
    lastIndexOf
    endsWith
    startsWith

    Additional Operations:
    replace
    substring
    padStart
    padEnd

    The order of operands, the return value, and the functionality would all match their JavaScript equivalents.

    Having these would greatly increase the power of Column Formatting both in terms of string formatting but also with powerful conditional formatting. Without these basic operations, Column Formatting is still pretty limited.

  13. Unify the information between Exchange Online calendar and SharePoint Online calendar.

    ■件名: Exchange OnlineとSharePoint Onlineの予定表の連携について
    ■内容:
    現在、 Exchange Online の予定表を利用しているユーザーと SharePoint Online の予定表を利用しているユーザーがいる。
    そのため、Exchange Online の予定表とSharePoint Online の予定表を連携させて利用したい。

    また、クライアントのOutlookを介さずにOffice 365 内で利用できるように機能を改善してほしい。

    Unify the information between Exchange Online calendar and SharePoint Online calendar.

    Currently, we have multiple users who use the Exchange Online calendar and the SharePoint Online calendar each.
    Therefore, I would like to use Exchange Online calendar and SharePoint Online calendar in conjunction with each other for increased usability.

    I also hope the feature will improve to enable using within Office 365 without going through the client's Outlook.

    An option to add a print button to the menu would help improve useability as a common issue I've come across with lists is users wanting to be able to print easily

  16. Add an option to truncate/show all by default "Multiple lines of text" column in a Sharepoint list

    It would be really great if there will be an option to truncate or show all the content of a "Multiple lines of text" column in a Sharepoint list.

  17. Connect SharePoint Online Lists with Outlook for Mac

    SharePoint Online lists (e.g., the task app, the contacts app, etc.) cannot sync with Outlook for Mac. They should. There are solid reasons for businesses and governments to use Apple hardware and OS with Office 365 and SharePoint Online, but the functionality to include SPO lists in Outlook is only for Windows and not for the Mac OS Outlook client. Please change!

  18. Graph SharePoint list data

    I use sharepoint lists data in combination with Tableau and Power BI to give graphs. SharePoint 365 you can only use Excel and it's not live and can't auto refresh. Having the ability to get graphs and pivot graphs onto a sharepoint page from a list would be an awesome feauture.

  19. Lookup data from a list on another site

    Need the ability to add a lookup column on a list in one site that pull data from a list in another site. There are paid plugins that do this, they call it "cross site lookup", but this should be available by default in office 365 sharepoint.

    ■Description(内容):
    イベント Web パーツにてイベントの登録を行う場合、日時の時刻設定が 30 分間隔のみの選択となるため、任意の時刻に設定できるよう機能拡充を要望します。

    In the current settings, I can select only 30 min slot when adding events at Event web part, so that I would like to choose arbitrary times when I registered new events.
