  1. Please keep the selected option for the checkbox choices in the list

    When we select the checkbox option for the list item and move to the different field, the selected data will be cleared. I would like you to improve this behavior.

  2. View JST date when setting custom list with toLocaleTimeString

    We set date on custom SPO custom list with referencing toLocaleTimeString by following the instruction on the public information, but there is 17 hours’ time lag.
    We are aware of that this is by design if the time zone of SPO hosting server is PST. But we prefer viewing JST that we set.

  3. When using bulk processing in SharePoint lists via (i) existing entries in elements are deleted without warning !!

    If you select several elements in order to add data from a selection field with multiple input via mass processing, the existing data in this field will be deleted.

    The following example:

  4. Show search result total

    Hi, when searching a specific list say for example with a wildcard "name*" it would be good to get a count of results returned if there are many, or if looking for a specific count.

    現在のサービスでは削除済みのワークフローの復元ができず、その削除経緯は監査ログにも反映しない。
    そのため、意図せずワークフローが削除されてしまった際にその是正を行うことができない。
    削除済みのワークフローの復元機能の実装、およびワークフローの削除経緯が監査ログに反映されるよう希望します。
    The current service does not allow us to restore deleted workflows, and audit logs do not state why and how they were deleted, which causes a huge trouble when workflows are deleted by accident. So, I would like a feature implemented so we can restore deleted workflows as well as have the whole process of workflow deletion be reflected in the audit logs.

  10. Out of the box alert using news

    When posting news using the desktop, an alert is sent out via mobile only automatically and out of the box. Can this functionality be extended to desktops as well without using flow so all users in a site are notified?

  11. Implement a feature for column to refer the entry in other column

    It would be great to have a column that can refer the entry in the specific column to automatically decide it requires information input or not.
    For example, when you type Yes in column A, column B refers it and automatically set itself as mandatory column. If you type No in column A, then column B automatically sets itself as optional column.

  13. Compare custom list items

    Add the ability to compare items within a custom list. The ideal is to be able to load two items side-by-side on screen and scroll through at the same time with the differences highlighted.

    This feature would be useful for the following scenarios:

  16. use powerapps to create column and view formating in a SharePoint List

    So currently, powerapps has the ability to create custom forms for sharepoint lists, and we have the ability to use JSON to create column and view formatting. It would be good to also have the ability to use Powerapps to create the custom JSON for the view formatting. I have several users who are familiar with SharePoint and have started to use Powerapps, but learning JSON for sharepoint has been extremely challenging, even with the samples provided.   20. For List API more than one level of lookup expand, allow multi-line text column in lookup expand, allow empty column values in lookup expand

    Currently you can only expand one level with look up columns. It would make things a lot better to be able to expand at least 2 levels. (e.g. get Items, expand Comments/Content, Comments/User/Title Also you can't expand columns like yes/no, date, multi-line text etc. and if any of the columns has a null value it will cause an error. These limitations make it very difficult. Constant work arounds required.
