  1. Add the task duration date in notification e-mails of approval workflow when “Duration Per Task” option is selected

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    "タスクごとの期間" で設定した場合の、承認依頼メールの期限記載について

    Add the task duration date in notification e-mails of approval workflow when “Duration Per Task” option is selected

    ■Description(内容):
    SharePoint Online の承認ワークフローの期限の設定方法として、"すべてのタスクの期限" と "タスクごとの期間" の 2種類があり、自社の運用上、 "タスクごとの期間" で設定しています。
    しかし、 "タスクごとの期間" で設定した場合、配信される承認依頼メールには "期限: 指定なし" と記載され、期間や日付は表示されません。
    ※ "すべてのタスクの期限" にて設定した場合は、承認依頼メールに "期限: YYYY/MM/DD" と期限が記載されます。

    承認ワークフローの期限を "タスクごとの期間" で設定した場合でも、承認依頼メールに設定した期限が記載されるよう、機能の改善を要望します。

    When setting a task duration in SharePoint Online Approval workflows, if you chose “Duration Per Task” option, the duration of the task won’t be displayed in the notification e-mail of the task assignment. If you chose “Due Date for All Tasks” option, the duration of the task will be shown in…

  2. Restrict users and approvers from editing Workflow attachments

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    ワークフローの添付ファイルについて

    Restrict users and approvers from editing Workflow attachments

    ■Description(内容):
    ワークフローにファイルを添付する場合、投稿者および承認者は添付されたファイルを編集することができてしまう。編集権限を外すと、ワークフロー自体を正常に動作させることができない。編集が行われた場合、その記録は残るが改ざんが疑われる場合もあるため、ワークフローに添付されたファイルの編集のみを禁じる機能を実装してほしい。

    When attaching files to a Workflow, both the user who started the workflow and the approver can edit the files, and it might be a risk for alternation of the documents. However, if the edit permission is removed, the workflow wound not work normally.

    Therefore, allow us to have an option that can restrict contributors and approvers from only editing attachments of workflows to prevent alternation of the files.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  3. Automatic refresh to new list items in Sharepoint

    I am using sharepoint as a visitor management system. An appointment is filled out in forms pushed with flow to create a sharepoint list item with an email to security desk and main office. The sharepoint list is left up on the securitys desk to see appointments for the day with visitors names and time of appointment. The issue is they have to continually manually refresh the page to see the new appointments that come in the list does not automatically update.

  4. "lookup threshold"

    I understand there is a lookup amount threshold of 12 columns/fields per list.
    Since these 12 include the CreatedBy, ModifideBy etc. (see https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/spses/2013/12/02/sharepoint-20102013-list-view-lookup-threshold-uncovered/).
    This leaves about 6-8 lookup/options for customization (especially if you have some flows running there).

    THIS IS A VERY LITTLE AMOUNT OF LOOKUPS !!

    I do uderstand this is to avoid heavey quering.
    I still hope this threshold will be lifted to at least double!

  6. Alert users when a workflow is unlinked from a list

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    ワークフローの意図しない動作について

    Alert users when a workflow is unlinked from a list

    ■Description(内容):
    ワークフローが意図せず紐づいたリストから外れるという動作があった。再度手動で紐づけてその後再発はしていないが、今後のためにもこのようなことが起きた場合にアラートを発する機能、また紐づきが外れた動作を記録として監査ログに残すなどの機能を実装してほしい。

    We have noticed that a workflow was removed unintendedly from a list. We linked the workflow again to the list manually and it has not been occurred since then.

    For smoother operation in the future, we hope you to implement the feature to alert users and log the record when the workflow was removed.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  7. 100% Height of PowerApps custom form in SharePoint

    Hi, can you please allow for dynamic height adjustment of PowerApps forms in SharePoint to 100%. At the moment it is a fixed size which creates a scroll bar, and on larger screen resolutions it does not work effectively, especially if there are lots of fields to fill in.

    I have edited the HTML code in the browser debugger, and could get it to be 100% height, so I know it is possible, and looks much more professional.

    Thank you for your time.

  8. Unable to check who is added to CC field in approval workflow email

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    承認ワークフローの CC 設定について

    Unable to check who is added to CC field in approval workflow email

    ■Description(内容):
    SharePoint Online にて、承認ワークフローを手動で開始する際、CC 欄にユーザー名を入れることで承認者以外にもワークフローの開始と完了を通知することができる。しかし、開始後に CC 欄に誰が設定されているか、サイトの所有者もワークフローを開始したユーザーでも確認することができないので、確認する方法を用意してほしい。

    When starting an approval workflow by manual, we will be able to notify the start and completion of the workflow to a user other than approver by adding the user’s name in CC of email. However, no one including the site owner or the user who started the workflow have the way to check who is added in the CC field in the email, after the workflow started.
    For improvement of usability in…

  9. Built-in responsive design for PowerApps applications

    It would be nice if we didn't have to create two versions of a PowerApps form for a SharePoint list in order to have a design that works well both on phones and, for example, on a tab in the Teams desktop app.

  10. Power Automate "Update Item" step for SharePoint should not automatically apply column default values to existing list items

    The "Update Item" step automatically retrieves the default value for SharePoint list columns that have default values specified and incorporates them into the step. This can corrupt a list by unintentionally overwriting values that already exist in those columns. It is a highly counter-intuitive behavior for two reasons: 1. it does not make sense to apply default values to existing list items, which may already have different values specified; and 2. the "Update Item" step does not otherwise automatically apply values to columns that do not have default values. In my opinion, "Update Item" should not make changes to fields/columns…

  11. Notification feature when workflow related problems happen

    Currently SharePoint Online workflow does not give an alert or notification to administrators in case of abnormal failure or process delay etc. We find these problems later and this would give us negative impact on our business.
    It would be great you could implement a notification feature for administrators if workflow related problems would happen. This feature could help us to reduce our business loss and improve SPO efficiency.

  13. Combine SharePoint and One Drive

    Make sure sharepoint and one drive actually work before focusing on other products. Google had this figure out years ago.

  15. Calendar Recurring Events and Flow

    Please find a way to support recurring events in a SharePoint Calendar for Flow. The event web part is not a feasible replacement for the traditional calendar, and the most basic workflow I can imagine is a "notify participants of event". This functionality is pretty universal for calendars.

  18. Flow to have SPD 2013 and 2010 workflow actions and triggers

    Microsoft flow should incorporate the same actions and triggers as Sharepoint Designer 2010 and 2013 Workflows all combined. This way, the creation of custom workflows in SPD2013 would be avoided, and the experience both for the user and the developer would be greatly improved.

  19. Grant/revoke permissions to an Item through Flow Action

    In many cases logic of workflow requires to assing "case", "document", or any other list/library item to specific user. For time when it's assigned, it shouldn't be available to other users, excluding this specific one.

    Such functionality is available in SharePoint Designer and it's very usefull. It's can be used in many business cases. It's also much better option, then allowing users to manage with per item permissions.

    Flow Action for SharePoint should allow to:
    - grant permissions to current item to specific user or group
    - revoke permissions to current item from specific users or group
    - remove unique…
