  1. 100% Height of PowerApps custom form in SharePoint

    Hi, can you please allow for dynamic height adjustment of PowerApps forms in SharePoint to 100%. At the moment it is a fixed size which creates a scroll bar, and on larger screen resolutions it does not work effectively, especially if there are lots of fields to fill in.

    I have edited the HTML code in the browser debugger, and could get it to be 100% height, so I know it is possible, and looks much more professional.

    Thank you for your time.
    Stan

  2. "lookup threshold"

    I understand there is a lookup amount threshold of 12 columns/fields per list.
    Since these 12 include the CreatedBy, ModifideBy etc. (see https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/spses/2013/12/02/sharepoint-20102013-list-view-lookup-threshold-uncovered/).
    This leaves about 6-8 lookup/options for customization (especially if you have some flows running there).

    THIS IS A VERY LITTLE AMOUNT OF LOOKUPS !!

    I do uderstand this is to avoid heavey quering.
    I still hope this threshold will be lifted to at least double!

  3. See active or historical FLOWS and Approvals on List Item

    Unless i have missed this, I do not see a way to identify what flows have run, what flows are running, or what approvals were made, or what approvals are currently in process for a given item in a SharePoint list. This is a huge need for audit trails to have a direct connection with a list item and its history of approvals. There should be an easy way to select an item in SharePoint and go directly to related approvals & flows. previously we have been able to click on the Workflow option in the item menu, but it…

  4. Speed up the processing time of the approval of the workflow in SharePoint.

    I am concerned about that the processing time to complete the approval of the workflow is taking a while. In our operation, when the user frequently requires executing about 10 items, s/he is in trouble because the processing is slow. (even if the function performs 30 seconds per case)

    Therefore I hope the feature will be improved to speed up the processing of the approval of the workflow.

  5. Disable editing multiple items on a SharePoint List customized with PowerApps

    End users are able to edit and save multiple items in bulk, using the default form on the side pane, bypassing the business logic that is built within PowerApps.
    The request is to disable the Edit functionality or hide the Edit link when multiple items are selected in a SharePoint List customized with PowerApps.

  6. SharePoint integration with Zapier

    Could you create a Zapier integration for SharePoint? There is already a OneDrive integration, but the SharePoint integration is missing. If you could add this, that would be great. Thanks already!

  7. Allow running Power Automate Flow while searching in list/library

    We can run a Power Automate Flow by selecting item in list/library. This functionality works well while filtering or sorting the list.

    But when I am searching within a list and selecting the list item from search results, all the "Automate" options are missing (both from command bar and item edit menu - ellipses).

    Please allow running Power Automate Flow while searching in list/library

    "タスクごとの期間" で設定した場合の、承認依頼メールの期限記載について

    Add the task duration date in notification e-mails of approval workflow when “Duration Per Task” option is selected

    ■Description(内容):
    SharePoint Online の承認ワークフローの期限の設定方法として、"すべてのタスクの期限" と "タスクごとの期間" の 2種類があり、自社の運用上、 "タスクごとの期間" で設定しています。
    しかし、 "タスクごとの期間" で設定した場合、配信される承認依頼メールには "期限: 指定なし" と記載され、期間や日付は表示されません。
    ※ "すべてのタスクの期限" にて設定した場合は、承認依頼メールに "期限: YYYY/MM/DD" と期限が記載されます。

    承認ワークフローの期限を "タスクごとの期間" で設定した場合でも、承認依頼メールに設定した期限が記載されるよう、機能の改善を要望します。

    When setting a task duration in SharePoint Online Approval workflows, if you chose “Duration Per Task” option, the duration of the task won’t be displayed in the notification e-mail of the task assignment. If you chose “Due Date for All Tasks” option, the duration of the task will be shown in…

  9. Automatic refresh to new list items in Sharepoint

    I am using sharepoint as a visitor management system. An appointment is filled out in forms pushed with flow to create a sharepoint list item with an email to security desk and main office. The sharepoint list is left up on the securitys desk to see appointments for the day with visitors names and time of appointment. The issue is they have to continually manually refresh the page to see the new appointments that come in the list does not automatically update.

  10. Allow users to start a Flow when they have read-only access to a list

    Users need a minimum of Contributor access to a list to trigger a Flow. Flow has its own run-only users list, so why do SP permissions have anything to do with it? It seems they only need this access to be able to trigger Flow, not because they actually need to edit the list.

    The work around - give users contribute but remove it using item-level permissions, is horrible and gives the users a quick edit button that won't work.

  12. Restrict users and approvers from editing Workflow attachments

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    ワークフローの添付ファイルについて

    Restrict users and approvers from editing Workflow attachments

    ■Description(内容):
    ワークフローにファイルを添付する場合、投稿者および承認者は添付されたファイルを編集することができてしまう。編集権限を外すと、ワークフロー自体を正常に動作させることができない。編集が行われた場合、その記録は残るが改ざんが疑われる場合もあるため、ワークフローに添付されたファイルの編集のみを禁じる機能を実装してほしい。

    When attaching files to a Workflow, both the user who started the workflow and the approver can edit the files, and it might be a risk for alternation of the documents. However, if the edit permission is removed, the workflow wound not work normally.

    Therefore, allow us to have an option that can restrict contributors and approvers from only editing attachments of workflows to prevent alternation of the files.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  13. Tool for migrating 2010 Workflow to PowerAutomate

    As MS has declared 2010 Workflow will retire soon - Its a huge impact I guess. Unfortunately, we got hit with almost 600 2010WF from which 50 to 60 deals huge logic. Numerous WF has been written for impersonation permission. I am requesting - if it is possible if we can have a tool that helps to leverage migrating WF - 2010 and 2013 (because 25013 will also retire in 2026) to PowerAuotmate.

    I understand its critical to have the same logic to move to PowerAutomate - but at least if we can move generic custom logic and give reports…

  15. Alert users when a workflow is unlinked from a list

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    ワークフローの意図しない動作について

    Alert users when a workflow is unlinked from a list

    ■Description(内容):
    ワークフローが意図せず紐づいたリストから外れるという動作があった。再度手動で紐づけてその後再発はしていないが、今後のためにもこのようなことが起きた場合にアラートを発する機能、また紐づきが外れた動作を記録として監査ログに残すなどの機能を実装してほしい。

    We have noticed that a workflow was removed unintendedly from a list. We linked the workflow again to the list manually and it has not been occurred since then.

    For smoother operation in the future, we hope you to implement the feature to alert users and log the record when the workflow was removed.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  18. Unable to check who is added to CC field in approval workflow email

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):

    Unable to check who is added to CC field in approval workflow email

    ■Description(内容):
    SharePoint Online にて、承認ワークフローを手動で開始する際、CC 欄にユーザー名を入れることで承認者以外にもワークフローの開始と完了を通知することができる。しかし、開始後に CC 欄に誰が設定されているか、サイトの所有者もワークフローを開始したユーザーでも確認することができないので、確認する方法を用意してほしい。

    When starting an approval workflow by manual, we will be able to notify the start and completion of the workflow to a user other than approver by adding the user’s name in CC of email. However, no one including the site owner or the user who started the workflow have the way to check who is added in the CC field in the email, after the workflow started.

  19. Built-in responsive design for PowerApps applications

    It would be nice if we didn't have to create two versions of a PowerApps form for a SharePoint list in order to have a design that works well both on phones and, for example, on a tab in the Teams desktop app.
