A built-in site map page or add-in/app that shows the hierarchy of an entire site collection (including site contents: objects/list/libraries/app, etc, in addition to sites and subsites) would be an IDEAL tool to help Tenant admins and Site Collection Admins combat site sprawl.

Also, if it could show the permissions assigned to each object/level (on mouse-over?), that would be incredibly handy.
