I suggest you ....

Allow the custom property 'names' to be defined at the term set level and inherited by the child terms

Currently custom property names have to be defined for every single term that you want to use them on, as well as the values that relate to the property. If you have a lot of terms in a term set then this takes a long time and is prone to human error (e.g. typos in custom property names)

Ideally, you would be able to set the custom property names at the term set level and allow these to be inherited by all terms within the set. This way the terms only need to have their values updated and if changes are needed to the property names then these could be updated at the term set level and propagated out
