Disable SharePoint Designer for whole Tenant
There is currently no way to disable the Sharepoint Designer for the whole tenant. The only way by design is to iterate through all SiteCollections and disable the SP Designer settings there.
This is much uncomfortable. Please provide a way like OnPrem to disable it at webapplication level.
