Allow administrators to create a custom Access Denied message
When a user tries to open a page, document, or site, it is possible that they will receive the access denied message. The end user will generally request access without thinking twice. This makes it difficult for an administrator to determine if the user should get access or not.
It would be great if admins could create a custom access denied page or message to be displayed when a user without proper access tries to open a page, document, library, or site. This way we can hopefully eliminate a majority of the unnecessary access requests.
