Modern Communication Template Top Navigation Does Not Update with PnP Commands
Please allow the modern templates top navigation bar to reflect all changes pushed out using the PnPNavigation commands. At this time the navigation links seems to be disconnected and editable independently.
This issue does NOT happen with the modern team site. Those links update correctly.
