Create a Read-Only SharePoint Administrator role in Admin Center
Create a Read-Only SharePoint Administrator role in Admin Center. With this option, a Servicedesk (or other departments/users) can pick up a lot of incident tickets, without changing. In this way they can learn the basics of SharePoint, before they will get the normal SharePoint Admin role, beside that the normal SharePoint Administrators, can use the rest of the time (they don't have to spend of incidents), to be innovative.
Allow read only SharePoint Admin role for Helpdesk staff to lookup site owners. Global reader role is too broad and we need workload reader role not tenant level reader.
