SharePoint User Profile Synch profile Picture naming
currently the naming follows sAMAccountname_MThumb.jpg
this is NOT unique in multi domain environemnts.
please change it (like already done for MySites) in domainsAMAccountnameMThunb.jpg
This will avoid that in case there are "duplicate" users the overridig of Profile Pictures
