Easier ULS retrival for specified set of users set within CA
When SharePoint throws an error we get a correlation ID that can then be pulled from the ULS logs to provide the detailed information about the issue.
Instead of having to request this via the Farm Admins i would propose that with Central Admin there be a section that specifies which user groups can request the logs directly from the error page its self as a simple text file which can then be imported into ULS viewer on their machine or just opened in Notepad.
This would help reduce wait times on any dev work that needs to review all the ULS logs but would still keep this secure to only those that require it or could understand what they are requesting.
