To enhance our work efficiency, I hope the additional feature to be implemented that could enable to delete exceptionally the files and sites even in the case of applying contents retention setting to SharePoint collection, which would be helpful in reducing the trouble in setting.

Allow Survey Questions to display horizontally. We receive a lot of requests from our users to display survey choice questions horizontally. The vertical responses consume a lot of page real estate and would be better arranged horizontally.

Hi, i understand that approval workflow is not supported in mobile view. Would be good if this approval workflow is enable and a mobile compatibility in future. Also to improve the speed up of approval process ( currently keep loading a few seconds, and sometimes few minutes). Thanks

When inserting a Modern UI document library as a Web Part on your home page, I want it to remain to Modern UI displayed.
For now, when you insert a Modern UI document library as a Web Part on your home page, it displays Classic UI.

The MTS in Office 365 uses the old statistical translation engine by default. Changing to the new engine is an easy fix on your end, just change the MachineTranslationCategory property to "generalnn"

This SharePoint Admin centre is lacking multiple basic things

1) Sorting
2) how many total sites are
3) Segregation of sites on base of template
4) Define colour coding, if sites are consuming more space in a day

A Server Core Installation would be great.

We received "Bad Request - Request Too Long" error when we tested multiple user account on a single computer.
We just try to log-in by Account1 and log-out. Try to log-in by another account (e.g. Account2), repeated this sequence for 10s of accounts.
We saw this problem on Microsoft Edge and by removing cache on Edge, the problem has gone.
We believe this is a kind of bug and hopefully resolved in the future.

Currently if you have a group of managed metadata that has submetadatas within the group, the filter function do not work as well as it should.

For instance lets say you have the following terms:
North America

  Canada

          Ontario

          Quebec

          Alberta

  USA

          New York

          California

          Chicago

and the end users would like to select both Ontario and Alberta for their search, it will only allow them to select one of those choices.

An option to have the default level sharing permission 'view only'. At the moment all sharing links are edit by default but it's not obvious to the user from the 'get link' or 'share' dialogue box that they have to click on the link to change the settings. So whilst we need the option for external users to have edit access to content that's shared with them, this would not be our default unless it was clear at the point the end user is getting the link that they can change to view only. Please make this more obvious.

When copying files in Sharepoint (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Move-or-copy-a-folder-file-or-link-in-a-document-library-00e2f483-4df3-46be-a861-1f5f0c1a87bc) it should retain the version information of the files moved rather than just creating a new version of the file, basically making the latest version, 1.0.

This is a useless feature at the moment as it only serves as another method to copy files between sites and is no different than downloading them and uploading them to another site.

To fix the issue where Storage Metrics does not show correct storage breakup. It shows completely wrong data when compared to Web analytics page or using a PS script.

Update the Microsoft Logo at the bottom of the SharePoint admin center.

I am aware that site collection is created automatically when I create Office365 group, but I do wish not to have it auto created while making Office 365 group.
