Modern Search Analytics
Please provide a way to gather analytics for the Modern Search. We are using Communication templates for our Intranet and need know what users are searching for.
An equivalent to what is available from the SharePoint Admin Center > Search > View Usage Reports.
I wish I could vote for this 100 times. I create bookmarks and Q&As and I regularly check search query reports for triggers that people are actually using, trends, and abandoned searches for topics that need a bookmark. I have been flying blind since we migrated to SharePoint Online and am very disappointed that this is treated like an afterthought.
Also please would you make this available in Microsoft Admin center! You should not have to be a SharePoint admin to see this - Search Editor or Reports Reader permission is sufficient!!
Selling SharePoint as the Smart solution to Intranets means also providing the Search Analytics to improve the content cycle.
Please make this happen as this is such a powerful way to get your Intranets the Voice of the company. Not sure why this is only 32 voted for? We can't be alone.

have titles associated with users so we know what type of user is accessing information

Please bring in some search reports for communication/hub sites. I have absolutely no insight into what our users are searching for and therefore am unable to make any modifications to improve the user experience. This is such a basic requirement.

Microsoft push us to move to the modern templates and then we lack all the basic features. How is this even possible with the new super Microsoft Search?

Yes! This is sorely missed and makes it hard to know what content our users are truly searching for and HOW. It's basic SEO.
