The current SharePoint Search doesn't handle search miss-spelling (i.e. Typos) using did you mean option. To enable this we need to upload predefined set of miss-spelling. I expect SharePoint to buildup these terms dynamically like google or any standard search engine does.

SharePoint does have this functionality with its dynamic spelling dictionary. One problem is that the suggestion threshold may be too high and you are not seeing it implemented. Have a look at Waldek's blog post http://blog.mastykarz.nl/sharepoint-2013-query-spelling-inclusions-for-the-masses/
He covers how to modify the threshold for the query spelling suggestion engine. -

Agreed. I was surprised when search suggestions kept suggesting the very thing I typed. I thought this was baked into the search engine as well. Would be a good enhancement.

Uploading predefined set of miss-spelling sounds like a plan, I am curious how and how much time will that take.

Seriously yes! My team is trying to find a good solution for this too. Would be great if SP could cover typo's during search too
