  1. Change color of SharePoint app site's header.

I would like to change SharePoint app site's header. Now I have strong pink which not match my company's CI at all. Please give an opportunity to change the color with SharePoint Color Palette Tool.

    boom! it's done  ·  nate.clinton responded

We’ve made some fixes so the apps properly show the site header colors. Let us know if you run into any problems!

  2. Allow to attach SharePoint files to emails on Outlook and Mail apps

It is not possible to set SharePoint app as an storage account for both Mail and Outlook apps. So, it's not possible to attach SharePoint files to an email on both apps. It's really absurd to be able to do it with Dropbox and not with SharePoint, the main storage account for companies subscribed to O365!!

  3. Allow access to files without opening OneDrive

It is confusing for users to move in and out of SharePoint app and OneDrive. We want our users to have one single place to access all content - there is no need for OneDrive if user is just browsing content on an intranet.

  5. Open document links in SharePoint

If a colleague sends you a SharePoint link in an email, it would be great if there is an option in Outlook which opens the link in the SharePoint App rather than the default web browser.

  6. Show pages as they are browser

I expected to open the app and see my home page of SharePoint as if I were on any browser with enhanced navigation of the objects on the sites.

  8. Ability to add a new list item as well as edit.

This is a basic feature that must be added to this app. I'm very disappointed it's not there.

Another feature is the ability to add a new item to a metadata field.

  9. "Next" Button not available/clickable for Sign-in. Certain Domain Extensions for UserID Not Recognized by Sharepoint App

When signing in with first login screen of SharePoint App for iOS

    1. Click "Sign in to SharePoint Online"
    2. Enter Office 365 UserID in "Sign in with your work or school account"
    3. The "Next" button will appear for recognized top level domain extensions (.com, .net, .info, .love, .mba ) The "Next" button will not appear for others (Example: .consulting, .marketing, .limited, .realtor)

The same Office 365 credentials work with no issues via the Office 365 portal. SharePoint App, on the other hand, does not recognize same userID and disables the "Next" button.

  10. Smart Links and selectable fields in contact lists

Allow Smart Links in Contacts lists, to dial phone numbers, send messages or email. The current view doesn't allow selecting or copying a field.
