  2. Support photo libraries in OneDrive

When accessing files in the SharePoint mobile app, it opens OneDrive and displays the file. However, when you try to access a photo library in SharePoint, it opens OneSrive and nothing happens. It seems like photo libraries aren't supported in OneDrive.

Enabling third-party Cookies in SharePoint app

    ■Description(内容):
    現在ネクストセット社のOffice365 MyPortalというアドオンを利用してサブサイトを作成している

We currently create subsites using an add-on called Office 365 MyPortal made by Nextset.
When we access the created subsites via SharePoint app for iOS devices, we get an error stating “You do not have permission to view this page or have expired. If you have disabled third-party cookies in your browser settings, enable them”. However, there is no option to enable third-party cookies from SharePoint app. We can enable…

  5. Change site start page for app users

Ability to change the start page of a site when opened in the app.
Currently the site start page is the news and activity page.
This gives users an inconsistent feel when using the desktop and mobile browser which both open the Home page

  7. Allow manual search for List/Form choice type items

Please enable the feature for users to manually type or search their choices in Sharepoint Lists/Forms for "choice type" items - similar to the feature in Sharepoint online.

  8. Featured Links - icons in SharePoint Apps should be customizable.

Right now the icons displayed under Featured Links in the SharePoint App are fixed. It would be nice if we can upload/use our own picture instead of the globe.

  9. Switch tenant or user

A possibility to switch between tenants or users would be practical if you work on different tenants. Such a solution is already implemented with your OneDrive App in iOS

  10. Need the ability to filter by "assigned to" in task. Would also be helpful to see the assignee name in when viewing a task.

  11. Open links in SharePoint app

Previously I believe it was possible to open SharePoint links directly in the mobile app. This was a huge usability win because there’s was no need to login each day to view content.
As it appears to be right now, if I click a link in Outlook, Teams or other Microsoft apps I have to login (with 2-factor authentication for our organization) then once the page loads I’m prompted to open the page in the app.
It seems it would be far more user friendly if the links just opened directly in the mobile app.

  13. When opening the public site links from in the sharepoint app they don't shape to fit the mobile screen and can't rotate landscape either

When opening up the public sites from links in sharepoint app it doesn't become the mobile friendly view. You can't see most of the page. You also can't turn the device landscape as it does not rotate to go landscape to show the width of the page. This makes it unusable in the app or on the device but we wish to use it.

I want to open SharePoint site links from other apps using the Web browser even if the SharePoint app has been installed on mobile devices

    ■Description(内容):
    Office 365 サービスを使用するデバイスが多岐に渡り、利用するデバイスのアプリによって SharePoint サイトの見え方が異なる。 内部資料の作成に当たり見え方を統一するために、SharePoint アプリがインストールされていても、SharePoint サイトのリンクを開く際は Web ブラウザーで開く機能の拡充を要望します。

There are lots of different devices that can use Office 365 services, and the way SharePoint sites are displayed will differ depending on the device app used. In order to standardise the way internal documents are viewed, please make it so that SharePoint site links are opened using the Web browser…

  16. Doesn't work when published through Web Application Proxy

The OnPrem side of things doesn't seem to work when the site is published through WAP, giving an error of not being able to determine the authentication. This unfortunately renders the app useless to our organisation. Disappointing first release that lacks features and looks like it was rushed out the door.

  17. SPO mobile app for iOS cannot open the IRM-protected PDF files

It would be great if SharePoint mobile app for iOS could open PDF files in the IRM-protected libraries by using AIP Viewer.
AIP Viewer which is the application tool to view PDF files in the IRM-protected libraries does not work with SPO mobile app for iOS.

  19. "Followed Sites" funktion should work for restored Site Collections with same Site IDs

With SharePoint 2013 on premise it is possible restore site collections out of a site collection backup (restore-SPSite). For those Site Collections the “Follow” Feature works perfect within the browser although all Site Collections have the same unique Site Collection ID.

Please change the “Followed Sites” Feature in the iOS app so it will work like within the browser.
At the moment we can’t use the iOS App because of our backup/restore rollout approach for new Site Collections. The app shows only one entry although I’m following several Site Colelctions.
My assumption is that within the App the Site Collection…

  20. No shared files visible

Through the SharePoint app and once it kicks over to the OneDrive app there is no way to see files that have been shared with a SharePoint team site or a group. I need to be able to see these files somehow.
