  2. Reduce dependency on Office Graph for home page, and include support for list views

As is, the app requires Office Graph to be enabled in the tenant in order to show anything useful in the home page. Without it, there is no content and only provides a very limited view of list content (with rather poor representation of any custom lists).

  5. Adding an easy way to save (from mobile apps) and upload files to an Outlook Group

When using Outlook Groups there is no (obvious) way to save or upload files to the document library of The group . Furthermore Outlook Groups cannot all be found using The Onedrive app (only the public ones?). The only 'all mobile' method I found to get a Word document in an Outlook Group document library is adding the site as a Sharepoint location in the Word app

  6. Switch tenant or user

A possibility to switch between tenants or users would be practical if you work on different tenants. Such a solution is already implemented with your OneDrive App in iOS

  11. Photo Gallery Web-Part Does Not Work in SharePoint iOS App

Although you can view thumbnails within a photo-gallery, tapping on a thumbnail produces no result.

Furthermore, this causes all navigation on the page to freeze (no scrolling); the only option at this point is to use the top level navigation to return to your "frequent sites" or "subscribed sites" page.

Using this method, you are able to return to the homepage (tenant level) of the site that has the photo gallery. Tapping and holding on any link within the homepage prompts the last image you tried to tap to pop up momentarily.

This behavior is observed in both communications and…

  12. When opening the public site links from in the sharepoint app they don't shape to fit the mobile screen and can't rotate landscape either

When opening up the public sites from links in sharepoint app it doesn't become the mobile friendly view. You can't see most of the page. You also can't turn the device landscape as it does not rotate to go landscape to show the width of the page. This makes it unusable in the app or on the device but we wish to use it.

  13. Substantially improve the functionalities (Lists, Navigation control and main page)

There are lots of functionalities that does not work in the app. Examples:
    1. Usage of lists - Lookups does not work (fields appear as read only), and not even the mandatory fields are respected
    2. Its possible to navigate to the list via web site navigation, via the home page, but the path is significant... Go to home page and need to choose to open the page with Safari otherwise the page gets with very bad looking
    3. Moreover taking into account those limitations, it should be possible control what appear in the main page (here exist now the…

  15. Possibility to follow sites with K1 plan

The intranet in the pocket for our deskless workers only works when you can follow sites with K1 plan. Without the following feature the news and following sites tab remains empty and nobody uses the App.

  16. Mobile View List 20 item lookup limit

Lists in mobile view have a 20-item limit for lookups. A higher limit would be most appreciated.

  17. Top bar navigation

When an intranet is designed in SharePoint the top bar is a crucial part of the user experience. The app ignores this and relies on hierarchy to develop the user journey. A lot of users have no clue about the hierarchy of SharePoint sites in an intranet.

In the same way the left navigation is built into the app, so should the top bar be. Or at least an option to have it available or not.

The app is a good start, but we need more settings and configuration or it will annoy consumers.

  18. Display Hub Navigation

The Android version of the SharePoint mobile app displays hub site primary navigation. It would be great to have the iOS version of the app do the same.
