  2. Hide additional links in quick launch for modern team sites in mobile app

Hide additional links like files, lists, news, activities from quick launch in modern team sites in SharePoint mobile app. I don't want my users to view master lists and any config lists. This should be an option at least. This is coming up only in mobile app and not in browser.

  3. Add the settings to disable signing in to SharePoint app from other tenant accounts.

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):SharePoint アプリで別テナントのアカウントでのサインインを禁止する機能

Add the settings to disable signing in to SharePoint app from other tenant accounts.

    ■Description(内容):
    Intune で OneDrive アプリは別テナントのアカウントでのサインインを禁止できたが、SharePoint アプリについては、Intune で制限することができないことが判明した。このため、他のテナントのアカウントで SharePoint アプリにサインインできなくできるような機能を提供してほしい。

As a standard feature, the Intune management can be restricted the sign-in from another tenant's account of the OneDrive app. However, we found that the SharePoint app cannot be restricted by Intune.

We believe that it should have the same functionality between SharePoint and OneDrive, so please add the settings that prevent signing in to SharePoint app from other tenant accounts.

  5. To be able to configure the SharePoint app to navigate to a preferred site on startup

Instead of landing at the default SharePoint app page (with Quick access, Frequent sites etc.), it would be good to be able to configure the app such that you land at a preferred site. For example, I would want to land at the home page of our company intranet site.

  6. Quick Links to External Websites

Up until the most recent release, Quick Links to external websites would open normally with the Android App. Since the last update users are presented with a blank screen. Please restore this functionality!

  8. SharePoint Mobile App Branding for Corporate Identity

Please take care, that the Office 365 Tenant Theme of the Organization Profile gets automatically applied to the SharePoint Mobile App Landing Pages. The Logo and the Color for the Navigation bar! Actually the Landing Pages are in SharePoint-Standard-Green...thats a no go for Corporate Identity. Enterprises always wants Branded Apps...

  11. Web View

"Web View" should be a readily available button in the app. I know you are trying to get people used to using apps, but when you are the administrator of the site and need to adjust views/contents/settings, the app is pretty much worthless.

Please enable metadata management of files in the Sharepoint app. For drawings it is crucial.

  16. Why are headers in megamenu treated as links in mobile browser/app

If you put a header in the megamenu on PC browser it work obviously fine and it isn't clickable. In mobile browsers and app Headers are treated as links and they point to nothing giving message "linkless.header".
Headers shouldn't be "clickable" in mobile environment just as on PC environment-
    Thx for your attention

  18. mega menu experience same as mobile web

In the Mobile web version of SharePoint in the Browser. The mega menu top nodes are shown, and they can be expanded or retracted. This works great.

in the SharePoint mobile app however, all nodes of the megamenu are fully expanded by default, and all options are put into the menu. Because it is a mega menu, this becomes a mega list of items that the user is shown. This defeats the entire purpose of a mega menu.

It would be really great if the mega menu could function the same in the SharePoint app as it does in SharePoint…

  20. Add the missing action buttons / menu items

The app seems to be good to find something, though it does not allow you to do anything else other than viewing. I need to be able to rename a file or a folder, move it, delete it or share it. I need the functionality of creating new folders, uploading documents or images similar to what you can do on the browser version.
