While using the SharePoint Mobile App for Android, if I click the IM option in the profile view it takes me to the Google Play store to install Skype for Business for Android. Given the push to have everyone move to Teams, it would make for sense for it to open the Teams app. Or at least have an option in the SharePoint app to choose which you would like to use.
