  1. mega menu experience same as mobile web

    In the Mobile web version of SharePoint in the Browser. The mega menu top nodes are shown, and they can be expanded or retracted. This works great.

    in the SharePoint mobile app however, all nodes of the megamenu are fully expanded by default, and all options are put into the menu. Because it is a mega menu, this becomes a mega list of items that the user is shown. This defeats the entire purpose of a mega menu.

    It would be really great if the mega menu could function the same in the SharePoint app as it does in SharePoint…

  3. Control users access to SharePoint

    It would be very handy to be able to control/review and approve access to various documents, library's and sites (permission settings). This may be better housed in the Office 365 admin app however there is not an option to do this here.

  4. I find the platform cumbersome on the Android

    I really don't find it easy to navigate and the way you scroll through sharepoint and onedrive on the apps is not user friendly

  5. Sharepoint: Mobile improvement needed - Easy Upload of files

    On Mobile Sharepoint App: After creating a folder to upload to, it says to add files tap the + sign. But there is no + sign to tap. I have to go out and go back in to get the + sign which takes many taps to upload a photo to a folder :(. Need the + sign to show up after creating the folder so I can upload files to it instantly!

  6. Show Delve Blogs in People View

    Since the Delve Blogs were designed with mobile in mind, it would be a shame to let them sit and collect dust, hidden away from everything. Let's surface Blogs in People view in the app, maybe to the right of "Working On".

  7. To be able to configure the SharePoint app to navigate to a preferred site on startup

    Instead of landing at the default SharePoint app page (with Quick access, Frequent sites etc.), it would be good to be able to configure the app such that you land at a preferred site. For example, I would want to land at the home page of our company intranet site.

  11. Option to change the internal browser in the SharePoint app

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    SharePoint アプリの内部ブラウザーを変更する機能の拡充を希望
    Option to change the internal browser in the SharePoint app

    ■Description(内容):
    現在、スマートフォンの SharePoint アプリにおいて、内部ブラウザーを任意で変更する機能の提供に至っていないことを確認しました。
    SharePoint アプリ上にて、Intune の設定を利用してる場合、現在の内部ブラウザーでは対象の URL へアクセス出来ない状況であることから、内部ブラウザーを変更する機能の拡充を希望します。
    SharePoint アプリの内部ブラウザーを変更させることにより、よりセキュアかつ円滑に活用していきたいと考えています。

    Currently, in the SharePoint smartphone app, there is no way to change the internal browser.
    In cases where Intune settings are used in the SharePoint app, you cannot access affected URLs in the current internal browser, so please make it possible to change the internal browser.
    If it was possible to do this, you could access pages smoothly with more security.

  12. Push notification on the app once user follows the site

    Currently, users only receive a push notification for a news on the site via SharePoint mobile app if the news is published by someone in their management chain or someone with whom they communicate often.

    It would be great if the push notification was based on the site following feature - a user followed a site -> the user receives a push notification everytime a news is published on that site.

  16. There is no way to handle several SharePoint calendars with an Android smartphone.

    Usually this should be possible with the outlook app. Instead because of any mysterious reason I can connect a lot of strange elements like Facebook calendar but not the own team calendar from SharePoint.

  18. Hide Lists in Mobile App (not by removing permissions)

    Since Lists are "promoted" in the App it is pretty simple for users to Access Config Lists used for settings on pages or workflows. It would be great if theres an Option in the list settings to not Show those lists in mobile app like the Default lists are right now (MicroFeed, Style Library, ...)

  20. SharePoint app makes Group files inaccessible

    With SharePoint app installed, when attempting to browse files in Office 365 groups I receive "No Files Yet" message in SharePoint and "Folder is Empty" messages in OneDrive app. As soon as SharePoint app is uninstalled, access to the files in these groups returns.
