  1. I find the platform cumbersome on the Android

I really don't find it easy to navigate and the way you scroll through sharepoint and onedrive on the apps is not user friendly

  2. Sharepoint: Mobile improvement needed - Easy Upload of files

On Mobile Sharepoint App: After creating a folder to upload to, it says to add files tap the + sign. But there is no + sign to tap. I have to go out and go back in to get the + sign which takes many taps to upload a photo to a folder :(. Need the + sign to show up after creating the folder so I can upload files to it instantly!

  4. Show Delve Blogs in People View

Since the Delve Blogs were designed with mobile in mind, it would be a shame to let them sit and collect dust, hidden away from everything. Let's surface Blogs in People view in the app, maybe to the right of "Working On".

  5. SharePoint Mobile App Branding for Corporate Identity

Please take care, that the Office 365 Tenant Theme of the Organization Profile gets automatically applied to the SharePoint Mobile App Landing Pages. The Logo and the Color for the Navigation bar! Actually the Landing Pages are in SharePoint-Standard-Green...thats a no go for Corporate Identity. Enterprises always wants Branded Apps...

  6. Access to onprem sp

Would be nice if I could access our on premise sharepoint via the app. It's published by WebAccessProxy and MFE ... works in the browser, would be great in the app

  10. Hide Lists in Mobile App (not by removing permissions)

Since Lists are "promoted" in the App it is pretty simple for users to Access Config Lists used for settings on pages or workflows. It would be great if theres an Option in the list settings to not Show those lists in mobile app like the Default lists are right now (MicroFeed, Style Library, ...)

  11. SharePoint app makes Group files inaccessible

With SharePoint app installed, when attempting to browse files in Office 365 groups I receive "No Files Yet" message in SharePoint and "Folder is Empty" messages in OneDrive app. As soon as SharePoint app is uninstalled, access to the files in these groups returns.

  12. To be able to configure the SharePoint app to navigate to a preferred site on startup

Instead of landing at the default SharePoint app page (with Quick access, Frequent sites etc.), it would be good to be able to configure the app such that you land at a preferred site. For example, I would want to land at the home page of our company intranet site.

  13. Add the settings to disable signing in to SharePoint app from other tenant accounts.

    *English follows Japanese

    ■Title(件名):SharePoint アプリで別テナントのアカウントでのサインインを禁止する機能

Add the settings to disable signing in to SharePoint app from other tenant accounts.

    ■Description(内容):
    Intune で OneDrive アプリは別テナントのアカウントでのサインインを禁止できたが、SharePoint アプリについては、Intune で制限することができないことが判明した。このため、他のテナントのアカウントで SharePoint アプリにサインインできなくできるような機能を提供してほしい。

As a standard feature, the Intune management can be restricted the sign-in from another tenant's account of the OneDrive app. However, we found that the SharePoint app cannot be restricted by Intune.

We believe that it should have the same functionality between SharePoint and OneDrive, so please add the settings that prevent signing in to SharePoint app from other tenant accounts.

  15. Need to be able to remove sites from Sharepoint app easily

The Sharepoint app adds sites to "Recent" and "Followed" lists easily, but I can't see a way to remove a site, even if it has been deleted/renamed in sharepoint.

Need a way to stop these lists filling up with test sites and other garbage in the early days of learning the O365 tools.

  16. Open external links in browser

Open links to sites outside of SharePoint.com domain in a browser by default. The SharePoint app doesn't handle 3rd party web app authentication well. For example, if you open your SharePoint Online site in the app and then select a link from a page in your SharePoint online site to your on-prem site, it gives a 404 error. The SharePoint app features also differ from what users expect to be able to do in their default browser with web apps other than SharePoint. After you select an external link in the SharePoint app, there is an option to open it…

  17. There is no way to handle several SharePoint calendars with an Android smartphone.

Usually this should be possible with the outlook app. Instead because of any mysterious reason I can connect a lot of strange elements like Facebook calendar but not the own team calendar from SharePoint.

  18. Communication Site push to notification tray

Hi we are running office 365 with sharepoint and I cannot work out how to get a push notification to my android notification tray. As an example I have a SharePoint communication site with three members and we all follow the site. We have the sharepoint app on our mobiles (android and IOS) and if any of us publishes a new news item a notification appears in the "News from Sites" folder in the app however we are not getting push notifications to the device notification tray. (Push notifications is enabled in the app.)
Any advice would be gratefully received.

  20. Implement Android Deep Linking Functionality for SharePoint links.

Similar to YouTube app. Allow users to choose default SharePoint experience.
