  3. SharePoint app makes Group files inaccessible

With SharePoint app installed, when attempting to browse files in Office 365 groups I receive "No Files Yet" message in SharePoint and "Folder is Empty" messages in OneDrive app. As soon as SharePoint app is uninstalled, access to the files in these groups returns.

  4. The frequent and followed sites list in the SharePoint App and One Drive App

The frequent and followed sites list in the SharePoint App don't match the frequent and followed sites list on the One Drive App.

In my mind they should be running the exact same query to get this information so why the difference?

  5. Open multiple PDF files

Our organisation would like the ability to open more than one PDF files from the app. They find this useful in meetings and can do this in our 3rd party sharepoint app.

  6. Issues with Content organizer and workflow don’t start if the content Is created by the content organizer

we have this trouble: It is by design that the content organizer will route content as a SharePoint system account. Due to security reasons, declarative workflows can no longer be triggered by the system account.
could you please provide a solution, fix or workaround?

  11. A desktop view that's identical to the computer.

Navigation seems to be nonexistent on mobile, so instead of trying to fix it just let me see exactly what I see on my computer (like a desktop vs. mobile version of a website).

  12. slow and cumbersome

    Not an idea, but observing:
I have to sign in repeatedly even though I keep asking to stay signed in.
    Slow response times.
Have to keep going back to home page for my frequently used functions, they don't appear elsewhere.

  13. Add Office Lens integration like the iOS version

We are looking to start using the SharePoint app for users at job sites, however it is hard to have a consistent workflow when the iOS version of the SharePoint app has Office Lens integration and the Android version doesn't. This is strange because the Android OneDrive app can do it, but it adds additional steps which makes it confusing. Please match features in iOS and Android.

  15. Can't see navigation in Android App

Does work in web and iPhone app however. Site navigation hidden by big blue bar at the top and no way to hide or remove it.

  17. Need to be able to remove sites from Sharepoint app easily

The Sharepoint app adds sites to "Recent" and "Followed" lists easily, but I can't see a way to remove a site, even if it has been deleted/renamed in sharepoint.

Need a way to stop these lists filling up with test sites and other garbage in the early days of learning the O365 tools.

  18. Improve UI for hub site navigation

The UI for the SharePoint Online hub site/current site menu nav on mobile apps and browsers doesn't make it very clear where the primary nav is. I wonder if the default could be an expanded hub site nav and a better delineation between it and the current site nav in the mobile menu. It basically looks like your hub site link in the mobile menu (collapsed menu items) is a heading for the current site menu items. Also having the menu presentation consistent for Android/iOS apps and mobile browsers would be great (they're currently different).

  19. Open external links in browser

Open links to sites outside of SharePoint.com domain in a browser by default. The SharePoint app doesn't handle 3rd party web app authentication well. For example, if you open your SharePoint Online site in the app and then select a link from a page in your SharePoint online site to your on-prem site, it gives a 404 error. The SharePoint app features also differ from what users expect to be able to do in their default browser with web apps other than SharePoint. After you select an external link in the SharePoint app, there is an option to open it…
