A desktop view that's identical to the computer.
Navigation seems to be nonexistent on mobile, so instead of trying to fix it just let me see exactly what I see on my computer (like a desktop vs. mobile version of a website).

Allow Sharepoint Attachments (photos) to be Viewed Without Downloading
Our corporate policy does not permit downloading of attachments to users personal phones. We have a sharepoint list with photos attached. I'd like to be able to view the photos from within the sharepoint app. Right now I can only view the thumbnail. If I click the icon, I get a "policy restricted - cannot download" message.

I cannot navigate or find ANYTHING in the app.

Desktop apps cloud integration
Users love shortcuts and their desktop word excel. The integration /sync between cloud storage and desktop apps is flaky. One drive sync crashes a lot.
Maybe ditch desktop office and go pure web word and excel with full feature set.4 votes -
Very bad navigation
Simplify your folder structures. I can never find anything

Stream is not supported on mobile in my SharePoint site. Works perfectly on desktop but I need people to be able to view video on mobile.
Stream should be able to be viewed in a SharePoint site the same as it can on desktop.

Edit in Office Apps for On Premises
Currently, it's not possible to edit office files (word, excel, powerpoint, onenote) with the Android apps when you're connected to a SharePoint Server on premises.
The apps tell me that I don't have the rights to edit files with my account. They want me to login with an Office 365 account. But this isn't possible because the Server is only on premises. Please allow us to edit files with an on premises SharePoint Server.

Audience Target Organizational Links
On the "organizational links" tab, it would be really useful if you could audience target the links to make sure that different sites are featured for particular groups of people. e.g. Users in our Europe operating company would get the Europe site featured, but users in China wouldnt see it.

Do what google does
Google is way ahead of you guys. Nothing is intuitive with SharePoint. Google Drive and sites practically do the job for you.

It takes too long to access files

Improve task lists
SharePoint task lists are nearly unusable on the Android app. The interface needs to be updated. Ideally there would be synchronization with other Microsoft Android apps like Planner or To Do.

Integration with the Android sharing functionality is missing. The possibility to share something e.g. from the browser to a task list in SharePoint would enhance the usefulness a lot.

The ability to add a folder from sharepoint as a favourite folder
If you could have a favourite folder tab inside the app, that would be a great way to access a certain folder on sharepoint quickly.
