  1. If you change the name of the SharePoint group, the Web Part that set the [Target Audiences] is not displayed

    SharePoint グループの名前を変更すると、[対象ユーザー] を設定した Web パーツが表示されなくなります。
    SharePoint グループの名前を変更しても、そのまま表示されるようにしてください。


    • 再現手順

    • 全体管理者ユーザーにてサイト コレクションを作成し、カスタム リストを作成します。

    • SharePoint グループ "Audience 01" を作成し、メンバーとしてユーザー A を追加します。

    • サイトのトップ ページを編集し、カスタム リストを Web パーツとして設置します。

    • 該当の Web パーツの [Web パーツの編集] 画面にて、[対象ユーザー] に "Audience 01"、"Company Administrator" を設定します。

    • ユーザー A にてサイトへアクセスし、Web パーツが表示されることを確認します。

    • 全体管理者ユーザーにて、[サイトの設定] - [ユーザーとグループ] - [Audience 01] と順にクリックし、[設定] - [グループ設定] から SharePoint グループの名前を "Audience 01_1" に変更します。


    • 期待される結果
      SharePoint グループのメンバーが Web パーツを表示できます。


    • 実際の結果
      SharePoint グループのメンバーが Web パーツを表示できません。


    • 回避策


    • 全体管理者ユーザーにて、該当の Web パーツの [Web パーツの編集] 画面を開き、[対象ユーザー] 欄に "Audience 01_1" と変更後の SharePoint グループの名前が表示されることを確認します。

    • 特に設定を変更せず、そのまま保存します。

    • ユーザー A にてサイトへアクセスし、Web パーツが表示されることを確認します。

  2. Be aware of the time zone is displayed at UTC time when creating a workflow of SharePoint Designer.

    I am aware of the behavior that the creation/update time is displayed at UTC time when creating a workflow of SharePoint Designer even if I set the time zone to the local time (JST). In this situation, there is a possibility to make users confused so that I hope the feature will implement to set/display the localized time zone properly.

  3. Simplify the inquiry selections on the support contact page on Office 365 admin center.

    I would like to inform you that there is too many contact information on the support page. Thus, I have difficulty in selecting the suitable option, sometimes the inquiry does not match any category.

    I hope the contact page will be implemented to add the option "Other" to describe the specific details.

  4. Unify inquiry support page by Office 365 features and Microsoft products.

    Currently, Although it is increasing the opportunities that Microsoft products and Office 365 functions are in cooperation due to using new services, however I have difficulty finding an appropriate support destination. In order to prevent that makes lost in contact with wrong inquiries or product selection, I hope the support contact pages will be unified, so that the user can receive comprehensive support even when using the services in cooperation.

  5. update the methods to get accessed the Public Web site's partner page via the admin center.

    I am aware that the the public document concerning the modern interface remain the same as the classic one. Besides, I am unable to get accessed the Public Web site's partner page along with the instructions shown in the public information that I am currently check. Therefore, I hope the public details and the instructions to be updated for the access to the partner page along with a modern admin center's interface.

  6. Be aware of the behavior that the error occurs when using [Save view] in Document Libraries.

    In the classic UI, the error occurs when clicking "Save view" to save the view as Personal View after the process of sorting in ascend descending order and filtering the items.
    *Error message: "An error occurred while saving the view."

    I have confirmed that this problem does not occur in the modern UI, therefore, I hope the feature will be implemented to save the view via [Save view] in the classic UI as well.   7. Rendre désactivable l'extraction

    Pouvez-vous rendre désactivable l'extraction de fichiers sous Sharepoint ?
    C'est :
    - confusant pour les utilisateurs, qui ne comprennent pas à quoi ça sert ;
    - confusant pour les équipes info, qui ne comprennent pas non plus l'intérêt de cette fonction ;
    - du travail supplémentaire pour les équipes info qui doivent annuler des extractions blocant des mises à jour ;
    - une source de bug pour la synchro OneDrive, qui ne réussit plus à mettre à jour les fichiers à distance ;

  8. Create authorities that make it possible to control the trash bin

    Quoting customer:

    We are currently running a message board that is fully under control of our users.
    For that reason, we are expecting cases where for example user B might accidently delete a post by user A. In that case however, user A would not be able to restore the post he had made. Therefore we would like an option that allows users to restore items that they haven`t deleted themselves.

  9. Allow the users to hide the Uploader's information such as an Uploader, Mail Address, and Embedding code.

    I hope the feature will be implemented to add an optional setting that the Uploader enables hiding the information (the Uploader/ Mails / Embedding code) freely when uploading videos to Office 365 Video. In addition, it would be great if the user is able to control displaying the default menu which is not frequently used by them.

  11. improve the feature to register the calendar's item within SharePoint Online mobile app.

    I can't perform the item registration along with the calendar app on the Office 365 group site within SharePoint Online mobile app fro iPhone and have seen the error below.
    The error: "Unable to save updates and some of the items"
    The app version: 2.9.2
    I checked the same repro over again concerning the event mentioned above along with multiple devices, and therefore I request you improve this feature because any item registrations are impossible under the current situation.

  12. Regarding the notification upon SharePoint Online failure

    In case of failure within SharePoint 365 admin center, but I can' realize them at the time of those occurrence.

  13. Increase the accuracy of searches

    Quting customer:

    We dont get search hits for file names and list column contents with that contain both Roman and Japanese letters. Even trying prefix match searches doesnt yield any results and this is causing us trouble in our operations. We would like to see the system improve, so that there`d be search results for character columns that include Japanese as well.

  14. Change the SharePoint home screen

    Quoting customer:
    Currently, even after switching "Office Graph" off, the "Following" and "Recommendations" categories are being displayed when starting SharePoint from the app launcher.
    As those "Recommendations" can`t be edited by users, we would like for the entire category to no longer be displayed.
    Even though we are making important announcements on the top page, some users are entering from sub sites. We would like you to create an option to prevent users from using any access points that have not been set by the admin.

  15. Send the Email notification of decommission service of the Access web APP for the tenants which have not used the Access Service.

    Now I checked several tenants that the Email notification of decommission service has been sent or not, then I found there are tenants who received notification at the end of Access Services (MC 97576) on March 30, and some tenants received it on May 9, then a few tenants have not received yet by Message Center.

    It seems like the notification arrives depends on the tenant due to the use's frequency of the Access Service. If the tenant has not used for a while, they could not get the notification. I am aware that is a problem for us if…

  16. Be aware of the timeout occurs due to network load when opening the file on Excel Online.

    I am aware of the behavior the timeout has occurred when opening the file which contains multiple functions in an Excel file due to take a time loading the file.

    In our operation, we frequently use the file on Excel Online. So that, I hope the function will be able to support the function display properly, ensure the system works without a timeout error even if it takes a time to load, and build a network equipment that could withstand the network load in the future.

  17. Allow specifying the document library as a scope and output Office 365 audit log freely.

    We are planning to export logs to the CSV files on a regular basis by using PowerShell commands. However, by the default, the data has become blank when the user sets the scope of logs to the specific document library. (which locates under the hierarchy) I found the workaround that to output logs of the files saved in the document library by changing the target range to the upper site.

    In addition, I got a response from the support team that there is no function available to output logs that the specified document library at the present. Therefore, I hope…

  18. Allow registering the external users in bulk via Powershell.

    At the present, the users required to access the site from an invitation mail in order to register an external user by default. However, I feel a little inconvenient if the number of external users to invite is the large amount due to the process of admin's work is increased. Therefore, I hope the feature will be implemented to enable using the menu to register external users in the organization's directory in bulk or registering the external users in bulk via Powershell.

  20. have the search box within a list displayed.

    I am aware the search box with the style usage that is not defaulted is not displayed at the upper screen when creating the list within a classic UI's SharePoint Online.
    I hope the search box within the list along with the unexisting style to be displayed because in other search boxes, the items outside of a list can be hit.
