don't let IRM be a limitation to edit documents in office online
Right now, when IRM (Information Rights Management) is turned on for a library in Sharepoint, the ability to edit files using office online becomes unavailable for that library, also taking away the possibility for online collaboration on those files, even by users with the proper rights to access and edit the files.

It should be possible to edit IRM protected documents downloaded from SharePoint Library using MS Word client (Office 2013 and up).
