enhance group calendars so that they work effectively for team scheduling
Our team needs a calendar for team members to post their whereabouts i.e. Out of Office dates and times. We've been trying to use Groups but it's proving really problematic. It's not as easy as you'd think. Things like free/busy being different on the client/online, and also for all day events vs part day, everyone getting an email to every post, confusion over which calendar they are posting in. Would be great if there was some way to make this type of thing simpler or a template for OOO messages.
