Send the Email notification of decommission service of the Access web APP for the tenants which have not used the Access Service.
Now I checked several tenants that the Email notification of decommission service has been sent or not, then I found there are tenants who received notification at the end of Access Services (MC 97576) on March 30, and some tenants received it on May 9, then a few tenants have not received yet by Message Center.
It seems like the notification arrives depends on the tenant due to the use's frequency of the Access Service. If the tenant has not used for a while, they could not get the notification. I am aware that is a problem for us if there are users who are still considering to use or contract it and for Office 365, nevertheless the service is terminated without the notice.
As a supplement, I assume the notify messages made by machine translation therefore I have difficulty in understanding the details, the decommission service relates to contracts hence it would be great that I can get the notification in the language of each country more accurately.
For that reason, I hope this Notification Email will send to all contracted tenants.

Thanks for Office 365 Japan Support Team.
And I would like to be appriciated with Oohiro-san's support activities.
My comments are like follows.
1)AWA is a super excellent software. Therefor, it's death is a very large loss in IT industy,
And it's quality is very high, especially data macro has been no bugs. unbelieavable.
Mr Jeff Conrad will have the same impression of mine.
2)However, the marketting activity was very poor in microsoft corporation.
The users of AWA is very different from Word, Excel,Power Point,Access desktop's users.
AWA is for the IT professionals, not for the general popular people.
I think microsoft corporation misunderstood this situations.
Marketting program of IT professionals is obviously different from general popular people.
Non significant marketing activities for AWA have been performed in world-wide base.
In the early stage ( in2013 or 2014) , Access Days confernce was performed in Denvour.
But very few times.
I hope that the microsoft corporation will be understanding this situation, in the near future.
