    Absolutely a must! Allowing external users to access SP content but not the SP App makes no sense. Sharing externally is such a great feature of SP - but this is definitely a limitation......

    The inability to do this now is complicating our rollout of a project as we are in a multi-tenant environment and share content across all the tenants. We can not promote/use the app at this time, as it communications would be missed as they can only receive them from their own tenant.
