In November 2016, with the SP2016 Feature Pack 1, three new minrole templates were added:
    1) Front-end with Distributed Cache
    2) Application with Search
    3) Single-farm server
    This was a welcome addition!
    Maybe add Application+DistributedCache?

    # 7 (Fix the common "Table SPDistributedCacheCalls_Partition12 has 460226560 bytes that has exceeded the max bytes" noise) is probably not something a tool can fix permanently. We fix it and the problem comes back a few days later. It seems more like a bug in the SP2013 code somewhere.

Doesn't K2 have its own workflow engine? We are about to decomission our Workflow Manager farm because Nintex apparently will continue to only use the legacy SP2010 mode workflow engine. And once you get used to Nintex, you really don't want to waste time with SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio for creating workflows. If anything I'd like to see Microsoft help translate and port old sp2010 legacy workflows (including Nintex workflows) into something that can work in the workflow manager farms.
