Convert MBOX to PST Using Email Clients
Apple Mail is another big platform that uses the MBOX file, but the process to convert MBOX to PST is a tricky one here. You need to complete the conversion in several stages like the following:

    Stage 1: Use Apple Mail

Start the Apple Mail on your system.
    Click File >> Import Mailboxes.
Select all the files that you want to import in the MBOX. Click Continue.
Browse to the location where you have saved in the MBOX file. Choose all the required files to import and click Continue.
After the process gets complete, click Done. But, make sure that all the required files are present in the Import Section.
    Stage 2: Use Eudora

You need to append the MBOX files extension. For example, rename the data file ‘Adam’ to ‘Adam.mbx.’
Move the newly renamed Adam.mbx file at the directory location where Eudora saves its files. (C:Documents and SettingsApplication Data\Qualcomm\Eudora).
Start the Eudora application and double-click the ‘Adam.mbx’ file.
    Stage 3: Use Outlook Express

Start Outlook Express and follow File >> Import >> Messages.
Choose Eudora from the list and click Next.
Go to the location where you have saved the Adam.mbx and click OK.
Follow the next steps to complete the import steps and check if the files have been imported cleanly.
    Stage 4: Use Outlook

Start Outlook and click File option.
Select the Import/Export wizard and click the Import option.
Follow the steps to import the whole content from the Outlook Express to Outlook.

    Merge PST Data Files Manually
The manual method is not straightforward; it is a two-step process.

Step 1: Create a New Outlook PST File
    Open Outlook,
Click on Home tab, click New Items, click More Items > Outlook Data File.
    Click on Home tab

Browse for the path to save the file, give it a name, and click Ok.
New Outlook PST file is now created.

Step 2: Import Outlook Data to New PST file
In this step, the data from existing PST data files will be transferred to the new file created in Step 1.

Open Outlook, and click on File tab.
    Click on Open & Export > Import/Export.
    Click on Open & Export

Select Import from another program or file; click Next.
    Select Import

Select Outlook Data file (.pst) and click Next.
    Select Outlook Data file

Browse the PST data file to import and click Next.
    Browse the PST data

Note: Select between the options given in this step as per the need (shown in the screenshot above).

Select the folder(s) you wish to import to the new PST data file.
Note: Don’t forget to checkmark on sub-folder(s) in case of partial selection of folder(s).

    Click Finish.
Importing from old Outlook PST data file is successful, but Step 2 has to be repeated to complete the migration from multiple PST data files. Above, the data is imported from a single file only, though the iterative count of Step 2 would depend on the number of PST data files you have from which you wish to import data into a single Outlook PST file.

PST File was designed and developed by Microsoft for Outlook Application. Multiple emails, attachments, tasks, journals, events, contacts, calendars and other personal information of the user can be stored in the PST file. On the other hand, Office 365 is an application package that is provided as a subscription service for both business and home users. Some of the most popular applications in Office 365 are Outlook Web Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, etc.

Steps to Import PST to Office 365 Manually
Step 1: Go to File tab > Open > Import.

Step 2: In the Import and Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.

Step 3: Click Outlook Data File (.pst), and then click Next.

Step 4: Set the options for importing items. The default settings usually don’t need to be changed.

    Step 5: Click Finish.

This is how you can manually import PST to office 365 manually. This method is suitable only if the size of PST file is small.

    I hope this helps.

If your account has MFA (multi-factor authentication) enabled in Azure AD, you cannot connect to SharePoint online using PowerShell or Hybrid Picker Wizard as a temporary solution for time being disable the MFA in Azure AD, then after getting your work done enable it back – after MFA disabling you will not face the above issue.
Have a dedicated service kind of admin account without MFA enabled and use this account for all sorts of PowerShell execution with respect to SharePoint online and Hybrid Picker configuration – as per me this is recommended or good choice over the previous one.

Here is the showcase of how to proceed list migration across SharePoint Online site collections with the Virto Backup & Recovery solution.

The starting point of the list migration process is like that:

    Save the required SharePoint list as a template (List settings -> Save list as template);
    Download the saved template from the List Template Gallery;
In List Template Gallery, upload the list to the site collection, that is supposed to restore the list.

Thank you for bringing this suggestion to our attention. While the SharePoint migration investments have been focused on helping the on-prem customer transition to OneDrive and SharePoint in Office 365 using the SharePoint migration tool, we acknowledge that there are additional scenarios like the ones explained in this suggestion that are not covered yet. We are currently considering various options to solve those scenarios, but we cannot commit to anything at this point. Please continue bringing great suggestions to our attention like this one.

The SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) is a tool that migrates your files from SharePoint on-premises document libraries or regular file shares and easily copies them to SharePoint in Microsoft 365. It is available to all Microsoft 365 users.

Do you use SharePoint Migration Tool?

What version are you using? Please confirm the version you are using, as far as I know, this problem does occur in older versions. It is resolved in SharePoint Migration Tool v3.0.104.2 BETA.

To improve throughput, users are encouraged to run parallel tasks against different site collections if possible. We recommend that you do not submit more than 5,000 migration jobs/requests at one time. Over-queuing the network will create an extra load on the database and slow migration down.

Encryption converts data into ciphertext, preventing hackers from accessing it in most cases. Though they certainly can try to bypass it, it could take several years if you're using 256-bit AES encryption. Unless you're a person of extreme interest, it's unlikely any hacker is going to spend time even trying
Here are some of the most common ways you can strengthen your API security:
Use tokens. Establish trusted identities and then control access to services and resources by using tokens assigned to those identities.
    Use encryption and signatures.
    Identify vulnerabilities.
    Use quotas and throttling.
    Use an API gateway.

What version you are using now?
There is no direct upgrade path from SP 2010 to SP 2019. To upgrade to SharePoint Server 2019, you must upgrade SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Server 2013, then upgrade to SharePoint Server 2016, and finally upgrade to SharePoint Server 2019.

both the Newsfeed and Discussion Board were early attempts by Microsoft to make SharePoint more dynamic and social. However, both are limited in terms of functionality and are not user-friendly. In reality, both lack the true social aspect you would expect from such tools. Especially, if you start comparing to the modern experiences on mainstream social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
