    Please sort this out! It's a deal killer for new clients when the reality is explained. O365 needs this, to be a serious option for anything other than email.

    Keep your marketing - not a problem as customers can host on-premises if pure domain is important. But not being able to rename the sub-domain is a ridiculous situation which punishes customers taking up your service. Just charge clients to make such a change, so you can avoid serial changers, check it doesn't violate other companies, copyright etc.
