Thank you for submitting this suggestion and voting on it. We have two events/calendar solutions in modern pages today. The events web part has card based event tiles, powered by events lists. You can roll-up events from multiple sites into one page, but there isn’t currently a wall calendar view.
Alternatively you can select to leverage a group calendar, and pull all of your events (including recurring events) from Exchange. This too is a compact card based view.
While we understand a wall calendar view is desirable, we’re not working on it at this time.

Thank you everyone for your feedback on this item. We recognize this is a valuable feature and are looking at ways we can address it. We do not have a timeline to share at this point.

This has been raised by two clients in the last few days. The current process of having to download a copy to open in Adobe DC goes against the grain.

We’re actively thinking about how we can better support the desire for a great looking, responsive, wall calendar view. As we solidify our thoughts, we’ll share more.

We don’t intend to support hiding hub navigation per site, however there are a few key solutions you can use (now and soon):
Audience targeting in navigation https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/target-navigation-news-and-files-to-specific-audiences-33d84cb6-14ed-4e53-a426-74c38ea32293
We’re working on delivering global navigation, you can read more about it in this blog post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-sharepoint-blog/innovations-for-workplace-communications-and-employee-engagement/ba-p/1696149

You can use the 'Highlighted Content' Web Part to rollup Events from sites connected to the Hub

I like this idea and think it would be very useful.
One thing to think about is what happens if a site is disconnected and reconnected to a different Hub Site. Inheritance could become tricky in that scenario.

As announced at Ignite, the modern SharePoint admin experience will be releasing the ability to view all sites associated to a hub by end of year.
For hub site visitors, you can leverage the Sites web part to display all sites associated to the hub as well (provided the visitor has access to the sites).

This is a real must have feature. I can't see many corporate comms teams using modern sites until they have this ability. It is almost always a required feature when defining requirements.

Thank you for everyone who has been providing feedback on this thread. There is a variety of work happening to make it easier for people to save to/from OneDrive and SharePoint. There are no specifics and ETA’s to share at this point.

This would be great for mobile first Intranets. I have a client with a corporate comms team would love this feature.
