Microsoft, why not trust your users with the decision? We can decide for ourselves if full width looks strange on our corporate devices or not. Stop behaving like Apple.
Its already supported to remove the Feedback button. Set-SPOTenant -UserVoiceForFeedbackEnabled:$false.
We are just weeks away from starting production roll out.

We are planning to provide a path selection mechanism in the new admin center, but until then we’ll look to at least amend the PowerShell (note that you can already set the path using PnP PowerShell – specifically, the New-PnPTenantSite cmdlet).Dennis.Wallman commented
The logic behind this decision escapes me Microsoft, please allow us to choose the path, or at least let admins make the choice.
