We’re actively thinking about how we can better support the desire for a great looking, responsive, wall calendar view. As we solidify our thoughts, we’ll share more.

Not having a full calendar view web part and not having a modern task timeline web part also limits my company in our modern sites adoption because people find these web parts very useful and it's what they want to see displayed in many cases on sites.

Yes! Would be really good to have an actual calendar web part for modern sites. Events are great for well, events - but if you've got some kind of scheduler calendar, vacation calendar or in\out calendar - the events web part is not best suited for that.

Thank you for submitting this suggestion and voting on it. We have two events/calendar solutions in modern pages today. The events web part has card based event tiles, powered by events lists. You can roll-up events from multiple sites into one page, but there isn’t currently a wall calendar view.
Alternatively you can select to leverage a group calendar, and pull all of your events (including recurring events) from Exchange. This too is a compact card based view.
While we understand a wall calendar view is desirable, we’re not working on it at this time.

This is very much needed for any type of scheduling calendar. Events are great for events - but if you have a vacation or other type of schedule, a full calendar is needed.
Also, not everything is hooked to an Office Group nor do we want to use those calendars as they are kind of clunky and because the user experience with Group Calendars is so poor they don't get used.An error occurred while saving the comment Donia Strand commented
The two events\calendar solutions in modern pages today do not suit needs if you have a scheduling or vacation calendar and certainly not all scheduling or vacation solutions are suitable for use with a group calendar. This is a large gap for so many organizations, the loss of the calendar view. The event web part is great, it's just that it is for events only, not for scheduling type scenarios. There's been so much comment on this lack, I am hoping that the calendar view gets on the plans for the SP Sites Product Team soon. It would sure help us out!

We don’t intend to support hiding hub navigation per site, however there are a few key solutions you can use (now and soon):
Audience targeting in navigation https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/target-navigation-news-and-files-to-specific-audiences-33d84cb6-14ed-4e53-a426-74c38ea32293
We’re working on delivering global navigation, you can read more about it in this blog post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-sharepoint-blog/innovations-for-workplace-communications-and-employee-engagement/ba-p/1696149

Yes, please! It is difficult at the moment to get information onto a page that requires both image and text as they are separate web parts. It makes the creation of a page time consuming and complex - with more sections than would otherwise be needed.

We’re currently working on this feature now. You’ll be able to specify when your modern page actually gets published (date/time).
