Thank you for everyone who has been providing feedback on this thread. There is a variety of work happening to make it easier for people to save to/from OneDrive and SharePoint. There are no specifics and ETA’s to share at this point.

Customized CATEGORIES and for meeting requests/updates, ability to keep all the versions especially on recurring meetings where agendas and participants change over time, in addition to supporting "mandatory", "optional" and "resource/room" bookings would be ideal.

I have seriously considering creating a new tenant for a company of 5 users in order to clear out all the "Recent" and "Frequently Visited" references to test/temp/dev resources which now return 404 errors. Migrating the 100GB+ of emails and need to perform it after-hours is the sole reason why we have not done this yet; in the meantime we are doing our best to link to a "classic experience" root portal where navigation is currently statically configured for various collections.
