It would also be great if the gradient could follow the primary colour scheme on the site.

Thanks for the suggestion. While this can accomplished via PnP Powershell today, we understand the desire to have a way to do it in the UX. We’ll add it to our backlog.

We’ve reduced the height of the hero web part when in full width columns, but still maintain as much of the aspect ratio as possible. On a very large monitor this can still make the hero quite tall. Authors could also drag hero our of the full width column, into a one column layout (with gutters) , which significantly reduces the height. How would you imagine it should work differently in the full width, or is moving to a one column layout the right choice for reduced height? Thanks!

We also need this ability. If you have news relating to a specific date (ie an invitation to an event), the news item should be unpublished either by an expiry date or a manual act from the editor. We would prefer unpublishing as the editor in question would still be able to find the news item and re-use it for another news item. And in general, we prefer not to delete content from our Intranet but still want it clean and easy for our users.

We are planning to provide a path selection mechanism in the new admin center, but until then we’ll look to at least amend the PowerShell (note that you can already set the path using PnP PowerShell – specifically, the New-PnPTenantSite cmdlet).

We are continuing to validate this long-awaited feature in a Private Preview Program with a subset of customers. Although feedback has been very positive we have identified a few things that we still need to address before we start making this more generally available. We appreciate that this is taking time, however providing a consistent user experience across M365 that continues to function as expected is a complex problem. We will provide another update within the next few months.

We initially didn’t enable the full width column on team sites due to the vertical navigation on the left and left justification of team site pages. How do you imagine it should work/look on those pages?

This is especially evident when using the Planner webpart. It is usually too wide for the screen already and if you decrease zoom or are on a high-resolution screen, the horisontal scroll bar will be there, just not all the way to the right.

Would be great to just have the option of sorting alphabetically

We’ve already made some improvements to how modern pages layout for print in chrome. We’re also looking at additional improvements as well.

Would very much like the option to open .msg files in Outlook!
